The permanent attention to prevent the contradictions between the own activity and the environment preservation is also basic to avoid pollution, keeping in mind the context of the economic sector, in which the company works.

That is why the Managing Body considers as inarguable necessity to accept and apply the most appropriate Quality Management System and Environment Preservation System which will bring interior and exterior benefits.

• faster and easier contacts

The Managing Body works on the provision of understanding of the below-mentioned policy concerning Quality Management System and Environment Preservation System, its application and maintenance at all levels of the organization.

This instrument that is later described is developed in compliance with the standards IATF 16949 and EN ISO 14001.

Policy concerning Quality Management System and Environment Preservation System

The main set objectives for Stratus are:

• to organize its whole strategy and operations concerning clients’ demands and to develop practice for great involvement on behalf of the employees;
• to manage systematically the all processes in order to reduce the defects and to introduce constant improvements;
• to establish organization  in which the employees actively participate  in the decision making process  and in the communication process;
• the production activities  shall be performed in a way that guarantees the environment preservation;
• training, development  and application of the necessary skills by the personnel for the quality improvement on the work place;
• to attract its own deliverers in the company’s activity so that opportunities for long term business relations are given;
• permanent supervision of the impact of the company activity on the environment  by using the best  and economically favorable for the company technologies;
• the production unit to be supplied with the appropriate structure so that the environment preservation  is guaranteed;
• management of garbage, decreasing its quantity and the optimization of the recycling of the latter;
• organization of the decrease of electricity consummation;
• storing the spilt liquids and of the atmospheric emissions in conditions of minimal pollution;
• complete fulfillment of the legal requirements applicable to the company;
• control and improvement of the processes  for permanent improvement, data analysis, considering the recommendations  of the norms IATF 16949 and EN ISO 14001.

The above-mentioned policy for Quality Management System and Environment Preservation System shows clearly Stratus direction toward maintaining good economic results, meeting and performing clients’ demands, cooperation with the delivers and general participation of all people in the planned process for permanent improvements.
